[FEATURE] where to add our desire styles

Hey,

I want to add some style like blur background for ubuntu-dock or nautilus but I cannot find any clue to do it. Would you mind giving me solution or reference ? I have an idea stuck in my head and I don't know how to implement it. Thanks in advance.
