GTK theme not applying to Gnome Settings or Gnome Extensions

Hi! I'm currently running Arch Linux with Gnome 42.3-1 and X11. Yesterday I installed the Dracula theme for GTK and it works just fine in most applications. However, in certain apps like Gnome Settings or Gnome Extensions the theme fails to apply. A screenshot of the behavior can be found below:

I've only recently got back to Linux and Gnome again. If this is a known issue then please disregard. Thanks!
