switch places of colors 2 and 6 and 10 and 14 in palette file

Hi,

I'm using GNOME Terminal 3.28.2. With the current palette file msgcat --color=test gives me

so red is magenta and vice versa. I think it should it be the other way around, which is achieved by swapping lines 2 and 6 and 10 and 14 in the palettes file.
