set colors from ansi spec

Palette colors 0 to 10 in ANSI (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ANSI_escape_code#Colors) are the ones from the "ANSI Spec" (https://spec.draculatheme.com/#sec-ANSI). 11 to 15 I am using some colors from "Standard Spec"

You accidentally put an extra "s" at the bottom of the palette file.

Without the s it works great!

hi @shjenkins94 , removed the s Final palette colors can be seen in Terminal preferences.
