I contacted government officials. I've officially requested an API resource. If I get a positive response from them, I will contact you again.

@AyYildizPilot Evet dostum türkçe karakter hataları ve mükerrer kayıtlar var. Ve ilçe bölümünde il isimleride var.

State => il city => ilçe zipcode => PK

Hi, i changed the turkish cities table mistakes.

• Turkey's counties (cities table) has been updated.
• Updated data source: https://postakodu.ptt.gov.tr/
• Neighborhoods added as districts (cities table) have been deleted. (Turkey)
• Added missing six districts (cities table) (Turkey)
• District (cities table) records that should be 'Merkez' but added as the name of the province(city, states table) have been updated as 'Merkez'

@alidagli Hocam veritabanın güncel hali ve ek olarak mahallelerin olduğu veritabanını sizin hazırlama imkanınız oldu mu ? Eğer siz hazırladıysanız bizimlede payalaşabilirmisiniz ? Yoksa ben sizin sunduğunuz düzeltmelere ilave olarak PTT'nin sunduğu excel ile merge edip ayrıca neighborhood tablosu oluşturacağım. Hızlı geri dönüş yaparsanız çok sevinirim. İyi çalışmalar dilerim :)

@neonturk güncellemeyi yaptığım tarihte ptt excelinde güncel ne varsa eksiksiz hali ile database’e ekledim. Tek tek uğraştım :) hatalı olanları da değiştirdim ve düzelttim. Google drive linkinde olan sql dosyası o tarihteki ptt exceli ile il ilçe mahalle olarak birebir aynı.

@alidagli Hocam sizin paylaştığınız dosyada Ülke (countries) İl(states) ve İlçe(cities) verileri mevcut. Mahalle(Neighborhood) verileri mevcut değil. Mahalle verilerinin de olduğu verileri paylaşmanız mümkünmüdür ?
