Google Maps 3D No Longer Working

I was trying to use Google Maps and I realized that zooming in/out wasn't smooth. The screen would just go blank for a second and then showed the zoomed in/out view. Looking, it's because globe view isn't enabled and the checkbox is grayed out. I've messed with all the WebGL flags in about:config, but no dice. This worked fine before the Floorp update.
