Very low framerate

ScreenRec records videos at a very low framerate even though framerate is set to 60. I suspect this is due to a lack of hardware acceleration.

Flatpak com.github.dr_styki.screenrec 3.1.0 (X11, elementary OS 6, org.freedesktop.Platform.GStreamer.gstreamer-vaapi installed)

Flatpak Vaapi seems to provide hw decoding but not hw encoding due to patents. I probably can import gstreamer vaapi lib but eOS will not allow that. I think to migrate the app on flathub to not longer have that limitation. But i need to find some time to do it.
