Small error in README and possible problem in Italics

The README says that the correct width to fix the problem of selecting italics is 622, while the picture shows 662 (and it is the width used for characters \0x20 and \0xa0 as well).

I also noticed that only the Italics width was fixed, but not Bold Italic. And, for some reason, the Italics version isn't monospaced anymore (maybe to the procedure used to change the width?). This causes a problem when patching the font with Nerd Font patcher
