Installation instructions need to be updated or master branch needs to be updated

The installation instructions refer to running the file install.sh which should exist in bin. This file does not exist. Either the file needs to be added or the installation instructions need to be changed to reflect not having that file.

@dps Should reader.md be updated or is there another way to install the app without install.sh ?

New install instructions should include installing toltec and running opkg install wikipedia (I think) or using nao. Right now the Readme is based on @dps's blog post. This post should definitely be linked from the Readme, but shouldn't be the Readme. I will submit a PR for this.
