Configuration for adding and removing parentheses in binary expressions

For example, given the following:

test && testttttttttttttttttttttttt || aaaaaaaaaaaaaaa && testttttttttttttttttttt;

There should be config that formats it like so:

(test && testttttttttttttttttttttttt) ||
  (aaaaaaaaaaaaaaa && testttttttttttttttttttt);
