Support for short lived mtls certificates

It would be great to have some in-built support for short lived certificates. I am using kafka-pythion for a consumer and have an internal system which rotates certificates every 'x' hours on the consumer side. I would like check if we have any plans around this.

Ask:
Detect the certificate file changes and reread the certificates.
