Hi, just found out about this project and I hope you will have no problems as world really need it. I know ut2 engine is different but are there any plans to add support for ut2004 in future or maybe there is another project that tries to open ut2004?

I think Surreal is going to follow a similar path to FreeHL, first with the Epic games (like Unreal), then to the licensed ones (like Deus EX and Duke Nukem Forever 2001), and when they are more or less usable they will start with the intermediaries between UE1 and UE2 (Like Postal 2) and already there they would start with the UE2 games (like Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow and killing floor)

I'd personally like to see something done with the leaked PC build of Unreal Championship 2, which was scrapped early on. You can get it working more-or-less but it's far from ideal. I believe the leak even includes the source code.

If you are thinking of copying and pasting the leak code, definitely not. This Surreal, Not Xash3D What you can do is study it and imitate the behavior with that format without using any files and/or libraries from the leak.
