Add ability to disable register tab on events

Add entity type configuration: disable register tab

Now that I have my custom registration form working (thanks for the tip), how do I disable the Registration tab? The UI and workflow is pretty bad so I don't want users to stumble onto that by accident.

I'm willing to do things in a custom module. Please note, I would accept replacing the standard form with my custom registration form as well.
