Warn when users try to index `Ref`

As of #363 (issue #361) Fusion 0.3 no longer provides [Ref] as part of the API surface, instead advocating for a simpler Value based solution.

To aid users in the transition, a warning could be emitted with instructions on how to migrate to the new reference method.
