Any Pointers on how to add vsFTP Server alongside SAMBA

I need to be able to upload video captures by a FOSCAM camera via FTP and then access it from Windows. I was wondering if you could give me any pointers on the best way to modify samba.sh to start the FTP server before 'exec' to SAMBA. I seem to be running into problems with the CSGROUP files being frozen
