ALSA file write failed: Broken pipe

Hi there,

the program compiled just fine and I'm trying to setup an alsa config. I've edited the asound.conf to pipe to the safe_fifo binary, like stated in the readme.

I can listen to music for a few seconds, and after that it throws

ALSA lib pcm_file.c:358:(snd_pcm_file_write_bytes) write failed: Broken pipe

and stops the playback.
