Allow no radar site to be selected

In addition to the suggestion of the ability to enable and disable the range ring, the ability to have no radar site selected would be beneficial as well. In the image attached, I imagine a scenario where the range ring is disabled and no radar site/data is selected. Giving a more wide-view of things.

In the radar site selector, a "None" would be sufficient for this purpose.
