Support Drawing Over Map

Drawing on the radar image is such an important feature for teaching and demonstrating, so this would be very nice to include. I would prefer it to have an outline (white or black) surronding a distinctive and noticable color (eg: red, blue). Smoothing would be very nice but might not be easy. Having the drawing sync between panels would also be nice, but being able to disable that on the fly would be nice (perhaps Alt + LMB draws on one panel only).
