Radar Data needs opacity control

The radar data that is shown i.e. BR, BV, CC, etc etc all needs to have an opacity that can be changed on the fly. This allows the satellite map with streets to be seen thru the radar graphics. Map layers need a opacity component adjustable by slider or input field. Map style maps will stay opaque.
