TradeSell and TradeBuy inconsistent return value

When sending orders with tradeBuy/Sell and option Immediate or Cancel i receive a message as if it had been filled, but my order expired because book order changed.. I think this is a bittrex issue, what is the best way to get tradebuy/sell return value consistency?
