library import corrections and document initialization

Some functions are not working. I don't know if it is due to changes in pdfminer library, but I have made the changes so that it works with pdf miner version 1.3.1. This changes are related to create pages method that does not exist and also to document initialization. I have tested the software with simple sample pdf document with no images and it works
