Improving sound/music : adding a volume control

I really enjoy te sounds and music, but i thnk i would prefer to have a lesser volume on the music, could it be possible to have a volume selector for sounds and music ?

I second this request. My new phone plays both sounds and music way too loud. I ended up turning them off, which is a shame because I quite like the chiming sound effects.
