Allow sidekiq 6 and 7

Thanks for your interest. We've got this on our radar but will need to jump through some hoops first on our end to get simplekiq upgradeable to those versions of sidekiq because of some related dependencies we have on our end, and we can't in good faith release a version of simplekiq which we haven't dogfooded and confirmed to be stable on our end of things. We'll update this when we're getting closer to being able to bump the requirement, rough guess at this point is within the next few months.

Thanks for the heads up @jcwilk, no problem we forked it to be able to run with the latest Sidekiq version on our end and thought we'd submit the change back upstream to let you know it works. Happy to report we process 400,000+ batches every day with simplekiq 0.1 and sidekiq 7.1.0 without issue.

Any update on this? Was hoping to use simplekiq for a project, but are on sidekiq-pro 7.1.4
