Cannot load shipping methods

Hello

I am using WebShopApps Matrix Rate extension (Free) to manage shipping options (http://wiki.webshopapps.com/extensions/matrix-rates) and it works fine on the desktop version but when I use the imobile theme a customer cannot complete checkout because no shipping method has been selected.

Do you know how I could get around this at all?
