Doesn't show images that are CSS "Background Images" for downloading

• DownThemAll! version: 4.2.6

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://www.magiclibrarities.net/682-rarities-edge-of-the-world-stickers-english-cards-images.html
2. Click on extention and goto media tag and the card images are not available for download.

Expected behavior All the card Images to be available for download

Does anyone know how hard this would be to implement?

Currently this is the number 1 nuisance holding DTA! from being a general useful tool for me.

A few sites that I've been accessing have begun to implement this as a protection (or lazy loading?) and DTA! can't catch any files other than banners etc.
