Additional info such as log extracts

Please enable Diagnostic Logging in the Privacy tab of the DownThemAll! preferences and either copy/paste essential part of the log or attach the entire log. Please note that the log may include sentitive information which you have to remove prior to posting it! I think no need here as most users are facing the same

"File Access Error" is happening all of a sudden or at odd times, strangely, it is displayed for certain files. Sometimes the download of the file is successful when I try it again, and sometimes it isn't. This seems to happen randomly, so I don't know how to reproduce it. One time MSOffice 2010 SP2 update file downloaded till 93%, & then "File Access Error" ---this is totally irritating ---HOW DO I SOLVE IT?? PLS GIVE SOME STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS !! ---thanking in advance

When I download Sqlite-amalgamation (http://www.sqlite.org/2017/sqlite-amalgamation-3170000.zip) this happens every time. I can download the file with Firefox's own "Save Link as".

The download starts with DTA, but then cancels itself. Here is what the log says: DownThemAll! (error) - http://www.sqlite.org/2017/sqlite-amalgamation-3170000.zip: Server returned a 200 response instead of 206 Connection.prototype.handleHttp() @ chrome://dta-modules/content/manager/connection.js:858 Connection.prototype.onStartRequest() @ chrome://dta-modules/content/manager/connection.js:1071 --> chrome://dta-modules/content/manager/connection.js:858:0 12:48:34::991 DownThemAll! When I download it with four segments, this bug always happens. When I download with one segment DTA works.

I have been experiencing this error, and notice it happens far more frequently with a bandwidth limiter turned on. The author may want to try that to see the problem firsthand.
