App Dialog Box's Minimize, Maximize, and Close Buttons "Flakey"

DTA 3.0.8, Firefox ESR 45.2, English, Windows 7 SP2

Expected Behavior

When I click on one of these buttons, it should always work.

Actual Behavior

Occasionally the buttons work, but frequently don't. Fortunately I can do the same things via the Windows Task Bar and use that as a workaround.

Steps To Reproduce

Download something.

Additional info such as log extracts

Don't think the log would help here.

This behavior I can confirm. On my Windows 7 system with nightly 3.0.6 and later and Firefox 45esr the buttons don't work at all and dta has to be closed through the taskbar. Also on 45esr from those versions on the window opens but nothing downloads.

I'm also facing this same behavioural problem of not able to minimize my dta window, the buttons seem not to work at all & I can only minimize by going in taskbar, right-click to the dta window & then minimize... [this is quite irritating & troublesome for me] surely there can be a better option than that...
