CDN link doesn't work (403 Forbidden)

The CDN link provided on http://elusiveicons.com/get-started/#bootstrapcdn doesn't work, giving the 403 Forbidden response. See: https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/elusive-icons/2.0.0/css/elusive-icons.min.css

Please comment what's the correct URL and I'll make a PR with a fix.

I also see this error. It looks like an S3 bucket serving the file. The "Everybody", "Read, Download" permission needs to be granted to this file.

This error has bitten me in the past too.
