AutoBreak Plugins for Cadnano2 needed

Please how do I add autobreak plugin to Cadnano2. I am currently a Masters Student in CSU, Ohio

I want to use the autobreak plugin in cadnano2, but even if I run test.py in cmd, it still doesn’t work.

I got "Plugin loaded, has access to cadnano: <module 'cadnano2' from 'C:\Python311\Lib\site-packages\cadnano2-2.4.10-py3.11.egg\cadnano2\init.py'>" from cmd.

I would like to add Autobreak plugin to Cadnano2 installed in my computer. Where can I get the *.cnp file to add in "File->Preferences->Plugins->Add plugin" in Cadnano2 ?

The old autobreak plugin is deprecated. Please see our 2024 PNAS paper (or prepreint), colab notebook and git repo for more information about its replacement.
