Errors: Convert Attachments to Enhanced Attachments

I've recently received these error messages (below) for one user. I have never received these before. I installed this app over a year ago when transitioning from Classic to Lightning and have never had an isssue. Clicking on link brings me to list view. Clicking on record then provides following message: unable to obtain exclusive access to this record or 1 records: 07H1J000000LAspUAG.

Errors have occurred. Please review the log records for more details https://apllogistics.my.salesforce.com/a26

Any suggestions or thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks.
