After upload file into Notes and Attachments it still shows there thoug it is converted.

Hi, Doug Ayers, I have successfully installed your APP in my salesforce sandbox. When I upload a file in Notes and Attachments it automatically converts files in to Files. But it still shows the file in Notes and Attachments. Have any way to remove it from Files and Attachments? Thanks in advance for your APP.
