@damodarharishTest and follow up to my previous reply, if you upload the original attachment PDF to Salesforce as a "File", when you try to open that file as a PDF...

Today, I did a proof of concept to dynamically create a Library and convert Documents to Files. I'll be working on delivering this feature in the next release.
