I came looking for this because cloud security best practices say to use the smallest image you can. And the Ubuntu images are smaller than the UBI ones.

No, using Extend, not Duplicate (mirror).

FYI, I just discovered that disabling the "Show Title Bar" option in Customize also causes the same behavior. I'm not complaining, just observing.
