Modifications for NextBus API

I want to first rename the Heroku server, I never knew this was possible before today. Something from "desolate-escarpment-6039" to something more appropriate.

And maybe reintroduce the old code for routes in case the Heroku server is down. This redundancy might not be needed if Heroku never goes down.
