Documentation not very explicit on required CLI args

It isn't very clear from the CLI or documentation, the number of required arguments, or which arguments were mandatory or optional, the policy command in particular.

Oh boy.

It took me a minute to remember what this was doing. I've stopped using btrfs (and snapper) for 3 to 4 years now. I'm not developing this anymore as I don't use it.

I'd be glad to give maintainership to anyone interested (you ?)

I only know enough Ruby to be dangerous, but I could probably maintain it for as long as I'm also continuing to use it.
