[FR] Ability to disable WiFi

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. WiFi is always on, even when not in use.

Describe the solution you'd like Would like to be able to disable Wifi when not being used via the SmartSpin2K companion app

Describe alternatives you've considered

Additional context Unnecessary Wifi signals being broadcast which could potentially interfere with other signals

It's a great idea now that we have config via BLE. I'm thinking to keep it easy, we just implement a special SSID value that lets it know not to turn on the radio. Possibly either "" or "none"
