FIXED! Zwift doesn't give ERG resistance or incline

Today Zwift suddenly implemented changes that require the correct op codes to be sent after it sends a control request.

While we've had these in place for quite some time, they also implemented a reset procedure on every FTMS connection which we didn't have.

Since Zwift will no longer continue connecting a client without the correct response to the reset procedure, any earlier SS2K firmware will no longer work with Zwift.

Luckily it was an easy change and it's already been pushed to the Develop branch. The OTA update is now live. Be patient as the GitHub servers are very slow right now. If you'd like to manually update, the same binary is here: https://github.com/doudar/SmartSpin2k/releases/tag/1.12.30
