Passthrough FTMS Incline and ERG

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. In certain circumstances, it would be nice to have a passthrough feature where the incline, resistance or ERG setting received from a connected app (via the FTMS Client) is output via the FTMS server.

Additional context I think it would provide more utility for users who already have a trainer only want to use SmartSpin2K as a multiplexer or users that may not be able to calibrate their current trainer correctly and would like to use SmartSpin2K to apply an offset, power smoothing, or % multiplier to the data their trainer supplies.
