Very few of the companies that have released data have actually released their EEO-1 documents directly. Many that we include as having released their data have actually only released a subset of it. It may be worth rethinking what columns we check off to represent the "completeness" of the data released. The first step in this should be auditing the data that has been released by companies and documenting how it has been broken down.

How would we represent this incompleteness? Also what's a completion criteria to look for?

For the first question, I'm thinking a visual cue like a progress bar or maybe icons could work. The criteria is a different part. I'm familiar with the need for EEO-1 information for i18n of emplyoment data but what else should be required?
