add non-companies (e.g. national labs)

Not all employers are companies, and civil service positions still have demographic issues. I'd love to see diversity data for the national labs and/or scientific agencies (all of which have known demographic issues).

AFAIK, the labs do not currently release such information, but we can certainly ask them.
