Middleman. Have a half-done conversion branch on my personal laptop, will open a PR for it once I'm out of the office.

One minor downside to middleman over jekyll is that github won't build it by simply pushing to the repo. But, they'll still host in Pages any html "compiled" out of middleman.
hrm i think that's a pretty major downside in terms of making the work distributable...
We may be able to set up Travis to generate html and push that to the gh-pages branch
no worries @tpitale! @jhlch that sounds like a good option in that case. This isn't something I really have strong feels about, I'll defer to the folks who want to work on it :)
