View DU calendar from app (without a google account)

We have a few members who choose to not have google accounts. This is ok and they should be able to see the calendar anyway! This is possible and we should build it.

Share the DU calendar via "secret link" and use that link only as an embedded view inside the logged in area of our app.

Make the secret link a heroku environment variable- do not check it into the github repo!
