Better naming for UNIX socket function

The original wording is ambiguous; all relevant sockets are local, the AF_UNIX type is the difference.

Also, #120 bumped the version in the code to 1.4.3 and #125 bumped to 1.4.4 but the current HEAD is tagged 1.4.3 and #120 doesn't have a version tag. The version bump for this PR should bring it to 1.4.5.
