Package is not maintained properly

This package needs a new maintainer.

While CHM format does not change, and few if any new CHM documents are created, any package dealing with untrusted input has to be maintained.

Everything is fine with this package, the problem with depencies pychm. It is necessary to pychm separately install (macOS/Ubuntu) or compile libchm. Need add *.h and *.c to pychm.

On macOS need also export environment for compile pychm with installed chmlib through brew:
