Automatic pull child items' title and create a table of content in a parent page.

Given an example:

On GitHub actions page https://www.dotnetthailand.com/programming-cookbook/github-actions there are many child items but the content itself is almost empty.

It would be nice if we can pull all child items' tile under github-actions page and create a table of content in it.

@aaronamm for me this feel like and excepted behavior. The template seems to let us create a page content by ourselves Screen Shot 2564-08-04 at 19 45 22
