The private nuget API key was published in the file https://github.com/dotnetprojects/sharp-dhcp-server-lib/blob/f79141c5e01ba90a5364eb278165b00993483a10/appveyor.yml. I suppose githubs secret functionality should be used instead of putting the key there in plain text.
