May be the reason is:

haven't seen the survey come up since I'm currently mostly operating from notifications on issues I'm participating on (or being mentioned) and only occasionally take a quick sample browsing the issue list to see if there's something I could answer/contribute. regardless, I've answered the survey now
Hi @merriemcgaw. I just noticed this survey and see that it is now closed. My team is responsible for a large WinForms app (3,500 forms right now), and the HDPI PerMonV2 issues are the last item preventing us from migrating from .NET Framework to .NET. I have the following open issues: https://github.com/dotnet/winforms/issues/5190, https://github.com/dotnet/winforms/issues/6259, https://github.com/dotnet/winforms/issues/6260, and https://github.com/dotnet/winforms/issues/6265 which were first slated for .NET 7, then .NET 8. Will these be looked at and fixed in .NET 9? I have tried using System.Windows.Forms.AnchorLayoutV2 with .NET 9 but it does not resolve these issues.

Will these be looked at and fixed in .NET 9?
HDPI overhaul originally was promised at .Net5... Personally, I have already lost hope 😟
