Environment Details:

Repro Steps:
- Open .NET Editor coding screen .
- Start NVDA and tab to Feedback link .
- Check whether NVDA announces the name of "Feedback" link in a descriptive way
Actual:
NVDA is not announcing the name of "Feedback" link in a descriptive way while navigating using tab key.
Same issue is also observed with Chromium Edge +Narrator.
Expected:
NVDA should announce the name of "Feedback" link in a descriptive way while navigating using tab key. NVDA should also announce feedback for what purpose.
User Impact:
Screen reader users will not be able to understand the correct purpose of the link.
