Dotnet Try tool dosent work in linux

Describe the bug

I installed dotnet tool on linux using . sudo dotnet tool install -g --add-source "https://pkgs.dev.azure.com/dnceng/public/_packaging/dotnet-tools/nuget/v3/index.json" Microsoft.dotnet-try

Ran sudo dotnet try command and follwoing error occured

Could not execute because the specified command or file was not found. Possible reasons for this include:

  • You misspelled a built-in dotnet command.
  • You intended to execute a .NET Core program, but dotnet-try does not exist.
  • You intended to run a global tool, but a dotnet-prefixed executable with this name could not be found on the PATH.

Did this error occur while using dotnet try or online?

Can you post the results of dotnet --info and dotnet tool list -g?

I'm getting the same error (on a mac).
