Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'm always frustrated when I have to navigate from one page to another instantly. Usually I have to scroll up/down the current page to go to the back button, then scroll to the right place in my index and finally open the desired page. This is way too complex

Describe the solution you'd like _Sidebar - as in github wiki. Hierarchical TOC would be a dream.

Can you provide more context, e.g. which URL are you looking at where a sidebar would be useful? Is this in reference to the online experience or dotnet-try?

@jonsequitur: I'm talking about dotnet-try tool. Run your try-samples/101-linq-samples sample and try to navigate between different random pages.
